TERMS OF SALE
The following are the terms and conditions (called “these Terms”) for the sale of goods by us and replace any previous terms and conditions. The Company intends to rely upon these Terms. If you want us to change them, please make sure you ask for any changes to be put in writing. This is to avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before ordering from us. If there is any term that you do not understand please notify us via our customer services department.
Please read through the Terms carefully before placing your order, and if you are ordering from our website print a copy for future reference.
We may change these Terms from time to time without notice to you. However, any changes will only apply to any subsequent orders received.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you have placed an order and want to cancel it, you must notify us immediately.
Because we make each order purely by hand. If your order has not been customized, we can cancel it. Once your order has been customized, we will not be able to cancel your order for you.
If your product has shipped, we cannot provide a refund. Once your order leaves our manufactory and is in transit, you cannot cancel your order.
FILTHY ANIMALS COCKSMITHING Don’t allow returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. But if you have any questions about our product, feel free to reach out before purchasing and we can get you more pictures. products may vary from the product photos slightly since no two pours are exactly alike. Please remember, these are handmade items and can vary slightly from one toy to the next.
One of the most common mistakes that customers make is placing an order for a product that is unsuitable size. We do not accept returns on orders where the customer has misjudged the size of the product; please pay close attention to the specifications of the toy when your are ordering. Specifications for each product are listed in each product page. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to placing your order.
FILTHY ANIMALS COCKSMITHING shall not be held responsible for damages caused by the misuse of one of its products or for non-compliance with usage precautions and conditions of hygiene, storage, and safety when using one of its Products/Services. It is expressly stipulated that the company cannot in any case be held responsible, in any way, for the case where the computer equipment or electronic messaging of the Clients would reject, for example, due to anti-spam, the emails sent by the company, including, without limitation, the copy of the payment receipt, the summary of the Order, or the shipment tracking email.

DELIVERY
Your order may take between up to 7 days to process before it ships. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service:
Standard shipping: 2-3 weeks after is processed, (local postal service, time may take longer due customs clearance)
Express shipping: 3-5 days aftes is processed (DHL, FEDEX, UPS)
After the product is dispatched and leave the facility FILTHY ANIMALS COCKSMITHIN is no longer responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you, us or third parties (such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity)
If you want to change your shipping service, please contact us to filthyanimalscs@gmail.com providing your order number and full name. you will receive an invoice to cover the shipping fee. After the payment, your order will be prepared and sent.
We strongly recommend you to check the goods after receiving them, any issues with any order must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt. Please send us a picture or video showing this issue. We will check and find a proper solution for you.
GENERAL
The benefit of any contract entered into with us is personal to you and only you can enforce the contractual terms.
If any provision of the Terms is unenforceable this will not stop the rest of the provisions from being enforceable.

“you” and “your” means the person, firm or company who enters into a contract with us.
